Winter wonderland at the State Stud!

The State Stud Celle with its picturesque historic surroundings and amazing atmosphere hosts this year a very special event. Saturday the 3rd of December from noon to 6 pm and Sunday the 4th of December from 11 am until 6 pm the exceptional Christmas atmosphere can be enjoyed, when casually wondering over the site or enjoying a snack at one of the many culinary stands. The exhibitors come predominantly from the surroundings of Celle, which offer high quality arts and crafts to the visitors. From jewelery, exquisite soap, glass art, over to art made out of wood there is a little gift for everybody to discover. Wouldn’t you enjoy a carriage ride or if the weather plays its part a slay ride with the Celle stallions? Furthermore there will be guided tours through the Celle State Stud.

The Christmas fair is hosted by the society of employees and friends of the State Stud Celle e. V..

Our staff has had some great ideas to entertain especially the children and their families: In the lovely decorated fairy tale forest, the little ones can enjoy a nice story or do ponyriding. Also Sankt Nicholas himself will be at the Stud Stallion Celle with his little helpers these days. This year the proceeds of the Christmas fair will be donate to children with cancer and the Clinic-clowns-Hannover e. V.. Use this opportunity; see the State Stud Celle in a totally different light as not the horse breeding is in the centre of attention, but the hospitality in this over 275 year old establishment takes the forefront. Help us with our good cause, to spread the winter magic out into the world and to help!

Money and goods donations for the tombola are very welcome.
