The promotion of the Lower Saxonian horse breeding with high-quality stallions and the refining of the riding horse breed with English thoroughbreds are of great importance to us. Furthermore the traditional stallion parades and the public presentation of the Celle Stud stallions are close to our heart. In addition we constantly think about the future with the foundation of the first stallion performance testing station on German grounds, and the establishment of modern biotechnologies like artificial insemination and embryo transfer . Here at the national State Stud Celle, we combine traditional horse breeding with modern times!
